LICENSE: no changes.
NOTICE (new): says this is a fork of https://github.com/gptscript-ai/py-gptscript (archived upstream), originally developed by Acorn Labs, Inc. (now Obot Inc.) and the gptscript-ai contributors. Copyright lines:
Copyright 2024-2025 Obot Inc. (formerly Acorn Labs, Inc.). The years come from the pre-fork history (2024-03 to 2025-12).Modifications Copyright 2026 BasePeak GmbHBoth are Apache-2.0. Upstream had no NOTICE file, and no vendored or copied third-party code was found.
README:
pip install gptscriptinstalled the archived upstream package from pypi.org (0.9.8, project URLs on github.com/gptscript-ai), not this fork. The fork is not published to PyPI or a Forgejo package registry, so the README now documentspip install git+https://git.basepeak.dev/basepeak-ai/py-gptscript.gitfollowed byinstall_gptscript, which fetches the binary from the gptscript fork's releases (GPTSCRIPT_RELEASE_TOKENif auth is needed). It also drops the truncated "On MacOS, Windows X6" sentence about platform wheels, which this fork does not publish.pyproject.tomlproject URLs already point to git.basepeak.dev and are unchanged.Verification
