 docs: add upstream attribution and NOTICE (#2) 
Prepare the repository for being made public with proper attribution to the original upstream project, as required by Apache-2.0 §4.

- Add `NOTICE`: fork of the gptscript-ai upstream project originally developed by Acorn Labs, Inc. and the gptscript-ai contributors (Apache-2.0), "Modifications Copyright 2026 BasePeak GmbH", the maintained location, and a statement that files were modified since the fork on 2026-06-13 with git history recording the changes (Apache §4(b); no per-file headers)
- Add/rewrite `README.md`: short description, module path `git.basepeak.dev/basepeak-ai/broadcaster`, origin/attribution section linking upstream, and a License section
- `LICENSE` (Apache-2.0) is unchanged
- Upstream was first published as `github.com/acorn-io/broadcaster`; noted in NOTICE.

No CI workflow exists in this repository, so there are no checks on this PR.

broadcaster

A small, generic fan-out broadcaster for Go: values sent on a single channel are delivered to any number of subscribers. It is used by the GPTScript runtime to broadcast events.

Origin and attribution

This repository is a fork of gptscript-ai/broadcaster, originally developed by Acorn Labs, Inc. (now Obot Inc.) and the gptscript-ai contributors. BasePeak GmbH has maintained it as a hard fork since 2026-06-13 under the module path git.basepeak.dev/basepeak-ai/broadcaster. Many thanks to the original authors.
